The Department of Nursing at Hasan Kalyoncu University aims to train nurses who meet the requirements of modern healthcare services, possess ethical values, have a high level of social awareness, and prioritize scientific thinking. Teaching Staff and Academic Infrastructure

The Department of Nursing at Hasan Kalyoncu University has an academic staff of experts in their field, consisting of 6 professors, 3 assistant professors, 1 doctor, and 2 research assistants. Thanks to our infrastructure supported by modern laboratories and up-to-date educational technologies, our students are trained to be well-equipped both theoretically and practically.

In our Department of Nursing, a practice-oriented curriculum prepared in light of current scientific developments is implemented. In addition to theoretical courses, our students' professional skills are reinforced through laboratory and clinical practice. Our education program includes fundamental nursing knowledge, clinical practices, ethics and communication courses, as well as elective courses. In addition, our students have the opportunity to gain experience by completing internships at various hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Scholarship Opportunities

Our university offers merit-based and need-based scholarship opportunities for candidates applying to the nursing department. Last year, approximately 30% of the students placed in the department were admitted with scholarships. Scholarships can be at rates of 100% or 50% and are intended to support students financially throughout their education.
