Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
About the Programme
The aim of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is to train physiotherapists who can determine specific measurement, assessment and examination methods; who can plan, implement, reassess and report on physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes; who are well equipped, open to innovation, able to use their knowledge and skills at the highest level, and who work in the name of ‘being beneficial’ while adhering to ethical principles.
The Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation provides a four-year undergraduate education. Throughout the education process, students are offered the opportunity to carry out clinical work together with applied vocational knowledge and skills courses. It has been accredited by the AD for five years, from 2026 to 2031.
Most of the training is delivered in specially equipped laboratories, with the goal of enhancing practical and clinical skills. Within this scope, the Private Kalyon PTR Medical Centre located on our campus offers students extensive opportunities.
