Civil Aviation Cabin Services

The objective of the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program is to train cabin crew members who are capable of serving in national and international airline enterprises, who have internalized aviation culture, who possess strong communication skills, and who demonstrate proficiency in crisis management and problem-solving, with a primary focus on passenger satisfaction. The program aims to provide students with instruction in the fundamental principles of aviation, cabin service procedures, safety and security protocols, aviation terminology, and corporate culture. In addition, it focuses on developing foreign language proficiency and training the professional human resources required by the sector.

Our program is recognized as an authorized examination center by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA/SHGM). Within this scope, courses for which we are authorized in accordance with DGCA regulations are delivered by faculty members who are experts in their respective fields, and the relevant examination processes for our students are conducted within our program. Students who successfully complete the education and examination processes are provided with the opportunity to obtain certification in accordance with DGCA standards. This practice enables students to document their professional competencies and prepares them more thoroughly for the aviation sector.

Graduates of the program may find employment in airline enterprises, airport ground handling companies, private jet companies, airport management organizations, and institutions operating in the field of aviation tourism.
