Architecture

Architecture is an art and science that synthesizes aesthetics, functionality, and structural soundness with human life. The Department of Architecture at Hasan Kalyoncu University began its academic life in 2010 with the aim of carrying this deep-rooted discipline into the future. Continuously improving its educational quality, our department has offered a strong academic foundation at the graduate level as well, with a Master's program since the 2014-2015 academic year and a Doctoral program since 2018.

Through the Erasmus+ Student Mobility exchange programs, students of the Department of Architecture have the opportunity to study for certain periods at distinguished universities in EU member countries, gaining a global vision. In addition, thanks to our structure that supports interdisciplinary work, they can graduate with a double diploma by pursuing a Double Major (DMP) in our university's Interior Architecture and Environmental Design or Civil Engineering departments, and start their career one step ahead.
