About the Programme
The science of economics seeks to explain economic events and how the economy works. It also develops policies for the solution of economic problems.
The Department of Economics provides its students with a high-quality economics education so that they can pursue a career in their field, enter important government positions, and work in banks and in the various units of all kinds of enterprises.
