These discounts apply even if they have ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center) Scholarship. Only the highest of these discounts are applied. If there is any Discount of Board of Trustees, only one of all discounts other than ÖSYM is applied.
Tuition fee is not charged for a period of 5 years with mandatory preparatory class and 4 years in the other departments provided that the students having scored the first 10.000 ranking in YKS attend the classes, that have not received any disciplinary punishment and that do not have any year loss and scholarship is provided in the amounts set forth below. Scholarships are not applied in VERBAL, LANGUAGE (foreign language) point types and for those having ranked with additional points.

(The Decision dated 25.01.2016 and no. 081 Page 4. “Art, Culture and Sports Scholarship” is granted in the amount and number designated by the Board of Trustees to the students who successfully represented the university in Art, Culture and Sports Fields. In this context, 100% scholarship is granted to the national athletes (to be documented by the relevant federation that they have been national athletes for the last two years) for a period of 5 years in departments with mandatory preparatory class and for a period of 4 years in the other departments provided that they attend the classes and have not received any disciplinary punishment. Cash scholarships in the amount of 2000 TL, 1500 TL and 1000 TL are granted respectively for 8 months each year for those who become champion in the World and Olympic, Europe and Turkey.

Tuition fee discount is applied to the students in the number designated by the Board of Trustees in the following rates based on normal course load and year end grade point average that students are expected to successfully maintain their education in our university and to get in one academic year. (Excluding summer education and summer practical training).

Scholarships of students are not interrupted for a period of a standard academic period provided that they attend their classes and do not receive any disciplinary punishment. (including preparatory class). Tuition fee applicable in that year is fully charged from the students failing to be graduated during a regular academic year.
If tuition fees are paid in advance, discount at the rate of 5% is applied. Maximum 9 installments are applied to the contracted credit cards.
The tuition fee of the current students having registered in the previous years is calculated in a manner that will not exceed the tuition fee of the following year by taking Wholesale Price Index/Consumer Price Index of that year.
